The Stillpoint Singing Bowl: 9 Inch Bell Bronze Singing Bowl

From Kathmandu, Nepal --- the newest playable work of art, The Still Point Singing Bowl.

Swirl and star etched meticulously into the bronze instrument, reminiscent of Starry Night. Every swirl, star, and radiant spiral is etched by hand into the bronze surface.

So called "The Stillpoint" because of the intentionally empty space in the center of the bowl. 

Firmly a third octave fundamental singing bowl with fourth octave overtones and above, the bowl is a wonderful representation of a versatile toning bowl. 

In my listening and recording of this bowl, it projects with clarity and has a long and stable sustain.
